Manufacturing Quality 1) What is your quality issue? 2) The product is stored in hot condition. Is it because of the surrounding temperature or temperature in the box itself? 3) How did they do pre-delivery inspection? 4) How did you know it works for the problem? 5) What kind of defect it is? 6) Who has done the packaging ? Supplier or another party? 7) Is it supplier are paying for the packaging? 8) The solution is temporary or permanent? 9) How about the ones with defect? Scrap or just use it spare part? 10) How did this cosmetic defect affect the functionality of product? 11) How do you measure the extend of the wall? 12) What do you use to measure the war page unit?
