Project Guidelines (Project MOM-Week9)
In short, deliverables for ProjectMOMW9 is as follows:
Basically this week the team should refine the project scope and objectives, focus on what type of data that they want to collect and analyse and plan on how to do it based on the remaining time we have (by week12). Scope the project to a do-able condition and ensure that it does not cost you a hole in your pocket. The solution should have technical observation even if it is a survey data and a sustainability assessment .
- Methodology for data collection . Please state which quality aspect e.g process, product etc that the results will have the impact on. State the tools , type of data to collect and expected outcome. Data should be measurable and will be statistically analysed
- Choose one SDG that you find relevant to your work and state the SDG indicator as one of the measurable on top of your technical measurable and include that as part of item 1. A sustainability assessment tool will be provided in week10.
- A good MOM should have:
- attendance list,
- agenda,
- action item list with action owners and its due date
- Gantt Chart.
